Dr. Connie S. Joy
Plasticare's Doctor
Dr. Connie Joy has been director of Plasticare Surgery Center for the past twenty years. She has strived to maintain the latest plastic surgery techniques as well as a modern updated surgical environment. To view Dr. Joy's accomplishments and credentials visit her at Plasticare's Doctor.
Danielle Robillard
Office Manager/Patient Coordinator
Danielle Robillard has been a part of the Plasticare team since 1998 when she completed her schooling at Bryman College with a degree as a medical assistant. Graduating with highest honors in her class, Danielle is an enterprising person, with innovative ideas. Danielle has worked in various capacities in the front and back offices as well as assisting Dr. Joy with minor procedures in the operating room. Over the past eight years, Danielle has been an asset to the office and holds the title of Office Manager as well as Patient Coordinator.
As Patient Coordinator/Surgery scheduler, Danielle works diligently with our patients preparing them for surgery. She is always available to answer questions regarding their procedures and expectations and is instrumental in guiding them through their peri-operative surgical period. Danielle is well known in our office for her caring attitude, witty sense of humor, great communication skills, and general natural friendliness. That is what leads to the great rapport she has with our patients.
Danielle is a native of California and resides in Paramount with her beautiful daughter Ashley. As an animal lover, she continually tries to save neglected/abused dogs. She has rescued two of her own; Lexi is a pit bull and the newest addition is Max the Presa Canario. Danielle enjoys bike riding, shopping, but most importantly volunteering at animal shelters and rescues.
Chris Craddock
CRNA - Nurse Anesthetist
As a CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist), Chris Craddock has administrated anesthesia at Plasticare Surgery Center for 20 years. She has been instrumental in bringing new advances in anesthesia techniques and coordinating state of the art anesthesia equipment for patient safety since 1985.
Chris Craddock, who is originally from Pennsylvania, completed her nurse's training at Temple University in 1969. Chris also attended the University of Miami for Liberal Arts and worked at Cedars of Lebanon hospital in Miami Florida.
After moving to California Chris received her anesthesia training from Loma Linda University and graduated in 1978. She then worked at the University of California Medical Center in Irvine (UCI) as a CRNA in the anesthesia department during the time that Dr. Connie S. Joy was completing her plastic surgery residency. Over the past twenty years, a close working relationship has evolved between Dr. Joy and Chris Craddock that has contributed to patient safety.
Chris Craddock is also certified as a Hypnotherapist after studying at the Holmes Institute in Los Angeles. She has helped many of our patients with hypnosis therapy to overcome smoking and over eating addictions, bed-wetting, nail biting, and many other obstacles.
Chris resides in Laguna Beach and has raised two wonderful daughters. When Chris is not working, you can find her renovating her house. She likes to be hands on and does everything from laying tile to landscaping her yard.

Laura Bolton, R.N.
Director of Nursing
As director of nursing at Plasticare Surgery Center since 2002, Laura Bolton brings thirty years of surgical nursing experience to our facility. Over the past four years, Laura has been the pivot point of the surgical unit. As the chief operating room nurse, she greets and prepares patients for surgery, circulating in the operating room to maintain a safe patient environment and follows the patient through to recovery and discharge.
Laura's thirty years of nursing experience is diversified. She has been a nurse in many medical and surgical units including Respiratory, Orthopedic, Telemetry, Critical and Intensive Care at Long Beach Community Hospital. The last fifteen years have been devoted to operating room nursing mainly at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center prior to joining Dr. Joy at Plasticare Surgery Center in 2002.
Laura obtained her Associate degree in nursing at Long Beach City College in 1976. Laura maintains her credentials in both basic cardiac life support (BCLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
Laura resides in Lakewood, California with her husband of 29 years, Bob, her lovely daughter Angie and their dog, Cleo. Laura also has a grown beloved married son, Dave. Laura's family is an integral part of her. She enjoys going to her daughter's dance rehearsals and performances as well as spending time at her husband's and son's activities, including car and BMX bicycle races. You can also find Laura and her family at a Southern California car show or vacationing aboard a cruise ship.
Ann Bryant, R.N.
Operating room & recovery room nurse
Ann Bryant joined the Plasticare Surgery team in 1985. Ann was born in Kent, England and completed training in general nursing and midwifery in London and Windsor and in mental health in Virginia Water, England.
After obtaining a California nurses license, Ann worked at Long Beach Community Hospital for five years and became a US citizen in 1970. For the following eleven years, she was a patient care coordinator on a surgical and obstetrical floor at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, California.
Ann has diversified her nursing experience by instructing patients, physicians, and physical therapy departments in the use of Tens units for pain control over a five year period. Ann has also held recovery room nursing positions at La Veta Surgical Center in Orange and Los Alamitos Surgical Center.
Since 1985, Ann has worked as a recovery room nurse in day recovery as well as overnight recovery at Plasticare Surgery Center.
In addition, Ann is certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Ann was granted Specified Professional Status (SPP) at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Long Beach Community Hospital to assist Dr. Joy with elective plastic surgery patients.
Ann is well known for her droll British humor, her love to travel and her enjoyment of photography.
Lola Isenhour, R.N.
Recovery room nurse/ Overnight recovery room nurse
Lola Isenhour, R.N. has been an integral member of the Plasticare Surgery team since 1998.
Lola came to Plasticare after twenty-two years of nursing experience with emphasis in postoperative recovery and after care for the past ten years.
Lola initiated her undergraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles and completed her Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree at California State University, Los Angeles in 1974. At the same time, she obtained her credentialing as a school nurse and a public health nurse.
Lola is certified in basic cardiac life support, (BCLS), and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) accredited. She also has experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner with the Garden Grove Unified School District for five years as well doing pediatric patient care for two years with Lifeline Homecare.
Lola enjoys taking mission trips with her church. She traveled to the states devastated by hurricane Katrina in 2005. She will be traveling to South Africa in the near future to help in the township of Kayamandi where 60% of the population is HIV positive.
Lola is a native of California, born and raised in Long Beach, and now resides in Santa Ana. She has two beautiful grown daughters whom she loves traveling with to exotic tropical places, sight seeing and snorkeling. Lola also has a green thumb and loves gardening, especially growing vegetables.
Joseph Collins, Jr.
Salon Director/Stylist
Joseph Collins, Jr. has two important titles at Plasticare: stylist and husband. First and foremost, Joseph brings more than thirty years of salon experience to Plasticare Surgery Center. After owning and operating three successful salons in Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and Cerritos California, he now devotes his energy to caring for our post-surgical patients.
Joseph was the style director for Faberge Hair Division for five years. During that time, he traveled extensively and was lecturer/educator to 500-1500 stylist per session.
Joseph has won over 102 awards as a hair stylist over the past thirty years. He was a member of the Long Beach Hairdressers Guild for over forty years.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys hunting, fishing, and swimming. His recent passion is web surfing and stock market evaluation. Most importantly, Joseph Collins Jr. and Dr. Joy have enjoyed a loving marriage for over twenty years. In addition, they enjoy the company of their daughter who has completed a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California.
