An abdominoplasty with 3200 ml tumescent liposuction of the upper abdomen, mons pubis, back, hips, and flanks was performed. An additional 3300 ml tumescent liposuction was performed to achieve a better silhouette. Post-operative photographs were taken three years later after a total of three surgical procedures.
